A plant based take on the classic mac & cheese, topped with a deliciously herby almond crust.
x1 portion, vegan, prepared in our own kitchen. Frozen.
Ingredients: Flour (wheat, gluten), oat milk (oats, rapeseed oil), carrot, potato, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, Applewood Vegan Cheese (Water, Coconut Oil, Potato Starch, Modified Maize Starch, Yeast Extract, Reduced Sodium Sea Salt, Natural Flavouring, Thickener (Carrageenan), Calcium Phosphate, Smoke Flavouring, Calcium Chloride, Colour (Carotenes), Paprika, Vitamin B12), Macaroni Pasta (wheat, gluten), parsley, nutritional yeast, parsley, almonds (nuts), breadcrumbs (wheat, gluten).
Cooking instructions: Defrost in the fridge overnight prior to cooking. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (200c for standard gas oven). Remove outer lid and bake on top shelf for approx 18 - 20mins (cooking time may vary for different appliances). Check halfway through to make sure the top isn’t burning and cover with foil if needed.
