At family meals, I've found being offered stuffing and having to turn it down as it contains animal products (often meat derivatives too!), a conversation starter, as my family didn't realise it wasn't vegan friendly. So I started making my own for everyone to try, and since, store bought mixtures have been ditched, in favour of this more delicious, vegan friendly version. This recipe is for a quick, almost ‘no cook’, plant based cheese sauce. Can be used for a cheesy mushroom pasta, Mac ‘n’ Cheese or even risotto.
