Chestnut Raw Honey is a silky, dark amber honey with the distinct floral, nutty taste of chestnut. This is the perfect honey for sweetening coffee, complementing the coffee's bitterness with a lovely nutty flavour.

As well as being a nectar honey, chestnut honey is also a honeydew honey - rich in Oligosaccharides, it is made by bees foraging on the secretions of sweet aphids who have fed on the sap of the trees and its fruits.
