Avalon Himalayan Black Salt Kala Namak
Himalayan Kala Namak is a black salt with high sulphur and low sodium content. This gives it a strong "eggy" flavour which is useful for vegan dishes such as tofu "egg mayonnaise" and scrambled tofu.
Kala Namak can also be used to improve liver and stomach function, with a potential positive effect on intestinal microflora, high blood pressure and heartburn.
