A mild and fragrant curry, combining flavours from Thai and Indian cuisine. Seasonal mixed vegetables in a coconut based sauce with plenty of lemongrass, fresh ginger and lime leaves.
Approx. 440g, vegan, no gluten ingredients, prepared in our own kitchen. Frozen.
Ingredients: Jackfruit, Lemon Grass, Shallots, Dry Chilli, Garlic, Galangal, Palm sugar, Lime leaf, Coriander, Cumin, Coconut cream, Salt, Pepper, SOYA SAUCE, Tomato paste (SULPHITES), Jackfruit, Rapeseed oil, Carrots, Aubergine, Sweet Potato, Butternut squash, Pak choi.
Made in an environment that handles: peanut, tree nuts, milk, soya, sulphites, sesame, celery, gluten.
Cooking instructions: for best results please defrost in the fridge overnight prior to cooking. Heat up in a sauce pan on low heat for 10-15 minutes until piping hot.
