Veggie sausages and puy lentils stewed in a red wine sauce. An aromatic, protein packed, hearty stew.

Approx. 450g, vegan, prepared in our own kitchen. Frozen.

Ingredients: Onion, garlic, carrot, CELERY, tomato, mushroom, puy lentil, red wine (SULPHITES), vegan sausages (contain WHEAT, SOYA, malt extract (BARLEY), rapeseed oil, sugar, salt, dried yeast, yeast extract, thickener: methyl cellulose, preservative: potassium sorbate, spice extracts), vinegar, died herbs, salt, tamari (SOYA beans, water, salt, alcohol, koji)  

Cooking instructions: for best results please defrost in the fridge overnight prior to cooking. Heat up in a sauce pan on low heat for 10-15 minutes until piping hot.
