x1 large portion, vegan, prepared in our own kitchen. Frozen.
Ingredients: Puff pastry (Wheat Gluten), Onion, Leeks, Garlic, Carrots, Celery, Chestnuts, Mushrooms, Tomato Puree (Sulphites), Tamari (Soya), Apple Concentrate (Sulphites), Vegetable Oil, Salt & Pepper, Mixed Herbs, Vegetarian Sausage Mix by ‘SUMA’. Refer to manufacturer for ingredients.
Cooking instructions: Defrost in the fridge overnight prior to cooking. Pre-heat oven to 180 - 190°C (200 - 210c for standard gas oven). Remove outer lid and bake on top shelf for approx 25 - 30 mins (cooking time may vary for different appliances). Check halfway through to make sure the top isn’t burning and cover with foil if needed. Pastry should be golden brown when done.
