Vegan Omega 3 EPA & DHA oil. A marine algae sourced EPA and DHA with European Chia Seed oil to provide the full spectrum of Omegas 3:6:9. This vegan omega 3 oil contains natural orange oil for taste. A daily intake of 2ml per day contributes to the normal function of the heart, eyes and brain.

Ingredients: Marine algae (Schizochytrium sp.) oil, Chia seed (Salvia hispanica) oil, Natural Orange Oil, Vitamin E (as D-alpha tocopherol)
1ml provides - EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) 75mg, DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) 150mg, Omega 6 (Linoleic acid) 89mg, Omega 9 (Oleic Acid) 29mg, ALA (Alpha linolenic acid) 222mg.
Directions:
Using the dropper, adults take 0.5ml two to four times daily, children aged 1-12 years, half adult intake, or as recommended by your health care professional.
