DevilDog Gochugaru & Ginger Hot Sauce
Hand made, small batch sauces from a small independent business in Levenshulme, Manchester.
This is a hot sauce made with Korean chilli Gochugaru, Birdseye chillies and tempered with fresh ginger. A fantastic marinade for tofu, or great as a dipping sauce.
150ml, vegan, gluten free.
Ingredients: Ginger, Red Peppers, Onion, Water, Birdseye Chilli (10%), Demerara Sugar, Rice Wine Vinegar, Gochugaru Pepper Flakes (4.7%), Gluten Free SOYA Sauce, Tamarind, Lime, Lemon, Garlic, Sea Salt.
