Essential Trading Vitam-R Yeast Extract

Our favourite yeast extract - Essential have been making Vitam-R traditionally since 1925, encouraging yeast to open its own enzymes at a temperature of 32°C then parting the cell walls from the yeast cells using centrifugal force. This means the yeast extract does not have a burnt taste like that of larger brands, and retains its vitamins.
