Orgran Vegan Easy Egg
Egg replacement made from chickpea and maize flours. This product has the equivalent of 15 eggs and can be used to make vegan-friendly alternatives to scrambled eggs, quiche and omelette. It is cholesterol free and low in fat but high in fibre and protein.
250g, vegan, gluten free.
Ingredients: Chickpea Flour, Maize Flour, Stabilisers (Vegetable Gum: Methylcellulose), Vegetable Protein, Dextrose from Maize, Salt, Turmeric, Raising Agent (Calcium Carbonate), Garlic Powder.
