Cooking instructions for each dish as below:

Winter Squash, Mixed Herbs & Hazelnut Roast                                                    Pre-heat oven to 175-180°C (195 -200c for standard gas oven). Remove outer lid and bake on top shelf for approx 40-45mins (cooking time may vary for different appliances). Boxing Day Curry 
For best results, please defrost in the fridge overnight prior to cooking. Remove from the tub and place in a sauce pan. Heat up on your stove over low - medium heat until product is piping hot. "Beef" Bourguignon                                                                                                For best results, please defrost in the fridge overnight prior to cooking. Remove from the tub and place in a sauce pan. Heat up on your stove over low - medium heat until product is piping hot. Plant Based Mac 'N' Cheese
Defrost in the fridge overnight prior to cooking. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (200c for standard gas oven). Remove outer lid and bake on top shelf for approx 18 - 20mins (cooking time may vary for different appliances). 'No Beef' Farmers Pie

Defrost in the fridge overnight prior to cooking. Pre-heat oven to 180 - 190°C (200 - 210c for standard gas oven). Check halfway through to make sure the top isn’t burning and cover with foil if needed. Pastry should be golden brown when done.

Vegan 'Steak' and Ale Pie

Wild Mushroom & Chestnut Wellington

Royal Lasagne
Defrost in the fridge overnight prior to cooking. Pre-heat oven to 180 - 190°C (200 - 210c for standard gas oven). Remove outer lid and bake on top shelf for approx 25 - 30 mins (cooking time may vary for different appliances). Check halfway through to make sure the top isn’t burning and cover with foil if needed. Make sure you can pierce it all the way through with a knife easily before serving.

Date & Fig Sticky Pudding with Toffee Sauce
Remove from the foil packaging and place in a microwaveable dish. Microwave for 3 minutes on the high setting.
