Clearspring Agar Flakes
Agar flakes, known as "kanten" in Japanese, are a vegetarian alternative to gelatine - great for making jellies, desserts and aspic. They are traditionally made from sea plants in Japan and have been made using traditional slow methods without bleaching chemical or softening agents. They have a neutral flavour.
Use one heaped teaspoon per 250ml of liquid.
28g, vegan, gluten free.
