Eaten Alive's range of fermented hot sauces have an addictively savoury punchiness and a rounded heat from the chillies. Each batch has been matured for six months to make them extra flavourful.
This seriously tasty sauce contains brined chillies mixed with house kimchi, sweet peppers and traditional gochugaru (dried Korean chilli).
