Eaten Alive's range of fermented hot sauces have an addictively savoury punchiness and a rounded heat from the chillis. Each batch has been matured for six months to make them extra flavourful.

This spicy sauce goes with pretty much everything - it's intensely fruity and spicy, made with scotch bonnet and fermented sweet peppers.

150ml, vegan, gluten free.

Ingredients: Fermented capsicums, raw cider vinegar, fermented Scotch bonnet chillies (15%), cane sugar, salt, onion, garlic.
