Roasted hazelnuts, seasonal winter squash, pumpkin seeds, dried apricots & cranberries make a classic moist vegan nut roast, made by our chefs in our plant based kitchen.

Made fresh then frozen for click & collect or local delivery. 
Serves 2, vegan, no gluten ingredients


Ingredients: Hazelnut (NUTS), walnuts (NUTS), Chestnuts, Onion, Leeks, Garlic, Carrots, CELERY, Parsnips, Squash, Mixed Herbs, Tamari (SOYA), Sun-dried Tomato (SULPHITES), Rice Flour, Quinoa Flour, Gluten Free Oats, Flaxseed, Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Dried Cranberry (SULPHITES), Dried Apricots (SULPHITES), Paprika, Marigold Stock [salt, maltodextrin (from maize), rice flour, vegetables (onion, carrot, parsnip) YEAST EXTRACT, sunflower oil, parsley, turmeric].

Made in an environment that handles: peanut, tree nuts, milk, soya, sulphites, sesame, celery, gluten.

- Delivery available only if your address is within 5 miles of us at 111 Oxford Rd, Manchester, M1 7DU.
- You must select 'local delivery' when you check out

HOW TO ORDER: Browse all of our Vegan Christmas Dinner frozen items, pop the ones you want in your basket, and then select click & collect or ‘local delivery’ if you’re within 5 miles of us. Please include your contact number at checkout in the ‘special instructions for the seller’ box.

Cooking instructions: Defrost in the fridge overnight prior to cooking. Pre-heat oven to 180 - 190°C (200 - 210c for standard gas oven). Remove outer lid and bake on top shelf for approx 25 - 30 mins (cooking time may vary for different appliances). Check halfway through to make sure the top isn’t burning and cover with foil if needed.
