Ingredients: Living Culture Symbiotic™ Kefir-kombucha fermented organic sprouted soybeans (Glycine max), organic artichoke (Cynara scolymus) leaf, organic chicory (Cichorium intybus) root, organic fermented tapioca (capsule).

Directions: Adults: Take 1 capsule twice a day with food. Increase to 2 capsules twice a day if required.
Tranquil is best taken after food or between meals if you are prone to nervous digestion or suffer from bloating or wind. Avoid taking with hot foods or drinks, which may damage the delicate nutrients.
