2 capsules provide:
Living Culture Symbiotic™ Kefir-kombucha fermented organic sprouted soybeans (Glycine max) – 300mg
Organic peppermint (Mentha piperita) leaf – 200mg
Organic lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaf – 200mg
Directions: Adults: Take 1 capsule twice a day with food. Increase to 2 capsules twice a day if required.
Tranquil is best taken after food or between meals if you are prone to nervous digestion or suffer from bloating or wind. Avoid taking with hot foods or drinks, which may damage the delicate nutrients.
