Eaten Alive's range of fermented hot sauces have an addictively savoury punchiness and a rounded heat from the chillis. Each batch has been matured for six months to make them extra flavourful.
This delicious preserved lemon hot sauce is made with yellow chillies and peppers fermented with lemons, then blended with cider vinegar and fresh lemon juice. It's spicy but with a lovely zing.
