Zaytoun Wild Grown Za'atar Herb Mix

Aromatic herb mix produced from an indigenous variety of thyme, mixed by hand in Palestine with sea salt, toasted sesame and sumac.

Za'atar can be used as a dip, topping or seasoning and is traditionally eaten with olive oil and freshly baked bread.

This product is sourced from Palestinian women's co-operatives in the West Bank.
